Terms of Service

By creating an account or submitting a server to TopServers.one ("the Service"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your password secure. One server listing is allowed per account. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms.

2. Acceptable content. You must own or have permission to promote the server you list. You may not submit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, sexual involving minors, or that links to malware, phishing or free URL-shortening services used to hide a destination.

3. Voting. Votes are intended to come from real visitors. Automated voting, scripts, bots, vote-exchange schemes or any attempt to manipulate rankings is forbidden and may lead to removal. To keep voting fair we apply a per-network limit and a human-verification check; only one vote per public IP address is counted within the configured time window.

4. Monthly reset. Monthly vote counts are reset on a recurring schedule. All-time totals may be retained for statistics.

5. Gold membership. Optional Gold features (banner, badge, priority placement, bonus votes, postback) may be granted by purchase or by the administrator. Payments, where applicable, are processed by third parties; we do not store card details.

6. Availability & liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
